Michigan Island Lighthouse Tour
Explore Michigan Island’s history and sights as you tour the unique, side-by-side lighthouses. Park Service Rangers will guide you through the grounds, even climbing up the 120′ tower for a spectacular view of the Apostle Islands! Be sure to visit the new lighthouse museum on Michigan Island.
Guided lighthouse tour requires additional fee of $5/Adult – $3/Child per person or $10 per family charged by the National Park Service. Correct change required, or Credit Card.

Raspberry Island Lighthouse Tour

Step back in time on a National Park Service guided tour of the historically-preserved Raspberry Island Lighthouse. Learn the history and stories of this iconic structures. The restored lighthouse is open for viewing during the summer.

Stockton Island Dayhiker

Spend time exploring beaches on beautiful Stockton Island, where the sand shines and nature flourishes. The island sports several hiking trails for those that like adventure. Explore the trails on the largest island in the National Lakeshore. Bogs, dunes, lagoons, savannahs, and pine forests are yours to explore. And don’t miss the “singing sands” at Julian Bay beach!

Visit the largest island in the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore! Beautiful sunsets along with miles of hiking trails, a brownstone quarry site, and pristine beaches make for great photo opportunities! Bring along your kayak and your sense of adventure!
Overnight campers can ride the shuttle from Stockton to Michigan and back – $10/person

Oak Island Overnight Camping Shuttle

Shuttles depart Bayfield on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays at 8:30am and Tuesdays at 2:15pm. Oak Island campers are dropped off and picked up on the shuttle’s way to Raspberry Island.
