Numerous camping sites are available on both Stockton and Oak Island.

 

*A camping permit from the National Park Service Headquarters is required prior to recreation shuttle departure.

Raspberry Lighthouse Tour

The National Park Service provides guided tours of the historic Raspberry Island Lighthouse. The restored lighthouse is open for viewing during the summer.

 

*An additional fee for lighthouse tours will be charged by the National Park Service.

Stockton Island Day Hikes

Spend time on beautiful Stockton Island exploring beaches, where the sand shines and nature flourishes. The island sports several hiking trails for those that like adventure.

Balancing Rock

View Balancing Rock on Stockton Island. This beautiful rock formation can be viewed from the shore of the island. The Balancing Rock towers out of the water and is a great photo opportunity.

Michigan Lighthouse Tour

Explore Michigan Island’s history and sights as you tour the unique, side-by-side lighthouses. Park Service Rangers will guide you through the grounds, even climbing up the 120′ tower for a spectacular view of the Apostle Islands!
